Located in a Grade 2 listed, elegant Country House surrounded by the most enchanting of gardens. Practice with glistening sunlight shining through the glass skylights and candlelights when the sun goes down, to create a truly energising and restful day.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with delicious herbals tea and coffee and invited into the beautiful orangery where we will begin our journey back to our self.
Start your day with an energising yoga practice designed to awaken your body and mind. This dynamic morning session will build strength, resilience, and vitality, setting the tone for the day ahead. Following your morning Asana and meditation practices, enjoy a delicious, nourishing lunch and take some time to relax, connect, and share meaningful conversations with like-minded souls.
As the afternoon unfolds, ease into a calming yin yoga practice, complemented by a transformative sound healing journey. This peaceful combination is crafted to release tension and bring deep rest to your body, mind, and spirit.
