Join us for a day in a beautiful, light and airy space at Cleaver & Wake close to Nottingham train station. Located on the top floor of a fine dining restaurant on the bank of the Nottingham canal.

Replenish your soul with a whole day dedicated to wellness, healing and presence.

Practice with beautiful tall windows and ceilings and feel amplified practising up high on the top floor. Whether it’s a rainy or sunshine filled February day, it will be the perfect space for our day together.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with some light refreshments and invited into the beautiful studio space where we will begin our journey back to our self.

Spending the morning working through an energising practice to get your body moving with a sequence that brings strength to the body and mind.

After morning Asana and meditation we have a lovely nourishing lunch and a bit of time to chill out and connect to other likeminded souls before we gather for some journalling and sharing circle for those that feel like sharing.

In the afternoon we begin to wind down with a beautifully calming yin yoga and sound healing journey to bring peace and deep rest for our mind body and spirit.
