Food plays a central role in both our yoga practice and life. We believe food should be varied, unprocessed and nourishing to promote energy and wellbeing. 

The food served on the retreat is local, seasonal vegetarian/vegan from one of our very own private chefs. She will be cooking up some absolutely delicious Mediterranean inspired dishes. 

Refreshments are also available throughout the day and include tea, coffee, water & fruit.

Travel:

Nearest Airport: Zakynthos

Zakynthos airport is 50 minutes away from the venue. 

We will set up a WhatsApp chat before to buddy people up travelling to the venue.

**Deposits are non-refundable. All payments are refundable if the entire retreat gets cancelled.

  • We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for the countries climate, a reusable water bottle, a yoga mat and props (if you have them) and any personal items you need. We send out a packing list before each retreat.

    We accommodate dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and others—please inform us of any dietary needs when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
